Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring a part-time RBT to support children with ABA programs in Foster City and Redwood City. You’ll provide one-on-one behavioral support, implement plans set by BCBA, and track progress during afternoon and evening shifts.

We welcome entry-level candidates and RBTs. Earn $20–$24/hour, with potential increases after completing Training and RBT certification, plus benefits and ongoing supervision. We offer mileage reimbursement and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field
• Highly Preferred: RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification or ABA paraprofessional training
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and willingness to work with a variety of clients

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
