Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc is seeking an ABA RBT to work 1:1 with children in Olivehurst, CA. Positions are part-time with afternoon/evening availability, 12-8pm, Monday to Friday, serving clients in-home or in-clinic.

Eligible candidates include entry-level helpers and those pursuing RBT/ABAT/BCAT credentials, with a focus on development of communication and social skills. Responsibilities include delivering individualized behavior support, following BCBA-designed plans, data collection,

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Student or recent graduate in Psychology, ECE, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
