Job summary

Agency for Persons with Disabilities seeks an OPS Provider Trainer to deliver instructor‑led training to providers, covering APD standards and service expectations.Based in the Southeast Region, this role requires travel for on‑site and statewide sessions, with virtual delivery supported as needed.

The position emphasizes adult learning principles, curriculum adherence, and collaboration with the PTU Training Development team to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date content.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel across the region.
• 4 years of related field experience or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate provider training using classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Prepare for training sessions by reviewing materials and setting up virtual or in‑person environments.
• Plan and schedule training events in collaboration with the Provider Training Manager.
• Support content accuracy and improvement by reviewing policies and providing learner feedback.
• Manage instructor‑led training in the LMS, including scheduling and attendance records.
