Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a Regional Professional Development Manager to lead and coach a network of trainers, while coordinating PD sessions remotely. You will recruit, onboard, evaluate, and upskill PDN members, travel as needed for quality assurance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-impact professional development.

The role requires five years in management and adult education delivery, with strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field; master's preferred.
• Five years experience in management, educator coaching, and delivering professional development.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, especially in August and September.
• Working knowledge of Teaching Strategies solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, evaluate and coach PDN members.
• Travel to observe and deliver PD sessions as needed for support and quality assurance.
• Serve as subject matter expert relating to professional development sessions.
• Partner with PD Operations, Hub memberships teams, State-specific initiatives, and other departments.
• Support development and execution of PD policies and procedures.
• Measure effectiveness of PD content via evaluations and feedback.
• Plan and facilitate professional development opportunities for the PDN.
• Adapt PD sessions for specific sessions with PD content team.
• Ensure pre and post-session documentation meets PD standards.
• Manage quality assurance and proactively identify issues.
• Respond to day-to-day issues and concerns from PDN and internal teams.
