AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Property Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Francisco, CA. You will oversee daily operations of a supportive housing property, ensuring a safe, compliant, and stable living environment for residents.

You will collaborate with regional leadership, on-site staff, and resident services to support tenant stability, regulate leases, and maintain high property standards while managing budgets and regulatory documentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in affordable or supportive housing or related property management.
• Experience supervising property management, maintenance, or on-site operations staff.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, SF housing regulations, and tenant relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, crisis management and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
• Willingness to participate in emergency or on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of a supportive housing property, including resident relations, occupancy, documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Supervise on-site staff, including assistant site managers, maintenance supervisors, janitorial, and admin staff.
• Ensure building safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property operations are maintained.
• Address tenant concerns, enforce leases, resolve issues, and uphold house rules.
• Coordinate with resident services and case management to support retention and stability.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations, including records, budgets, and financial tracking.
