Job summary

Abode Family seeks a Sr. Property Manager based at City Gardens Permanent Supportive Housing site in San Francisco’s SoMa. You will oversee multiple sites, manage a team, and ensure safe, decent housing while coordinating with external partners to support residents’ transition to permanent housing.

Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, 3+ years in property management, and knowledge of affordable housing regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Tax credit certification or equivalent within 6 months is preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, train, evaluate, and discipline staff within portfolio.
• Monitor overtime, approve timecards, and arrange staff coverage.
• Maintain communication with resident service providers and case managers.
• Prepare financial, occupancy and management reports as requested.
