Housing Connect is seeking a Property Manager to oversee residential properties and community spaces, with a focus on Housing First and Permanent Supportive Housing. You will manage leasing, compliance, budgeting, maintenance, and vendor coordination while promoting stability for residents.

Collaborating with case management teams, you’ll ensure trauma-informed, respectful service and regulatory compliance, delivering excellent customer service to tenants, staff, and partners.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years property management experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• LIHTC compliance certification required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all property operations: leasing, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with PBV, VASH, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain resident files, income certifications, and property records.
• Market units and manage occupancy to minimize vacancies.
• Prepare reports and financial documentation; monitor budgets.
• Collaborate with case management to support housing stability.
• Supervise on-site staff and enforce agency policies.
