Job summary

ASM Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Small & Special Projects group in Milwaukee, overseeing proposals through closeout. You will balance safety, budget, quality, and schedule while serving as the main liaison among internal teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors.

You'll partner with business development, estimating, and operations to shape winning proposals and then deliver on them, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Project Management Certification required.
• 4–6 years of related experience, preferably in construction.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret codes.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of assigned projects to keep them on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare, review, and submit project proposals, estimates, drawings, and specifications.
• Support business development on pursuit of small and special project opportunities.
• Coordinate and obtain building, erosion control, and dewatering permits as needed.
• Build and leverage client/owner relationships to support business advancement.
• Review and approve invoices, submit pay applications, manage job cost adjustments, and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Conduct quarterly job analysis and ensure safety and quality standards on every project.
