You will mentor junior and mid-level staff, shape office strategy, and build strong owner and subcontractor relationships while championing safety and client service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven leadership on large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-size commercial projects ($10M–$20M) simultaneously, or own a single large-scale project ($100M+) end to end.
• Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level project management staff.
• Contribute to office-level strategic planning and business development conversations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Champion company standards around safety, quality, and client service.
