You will manage multiple projects, work closely with clients and building teams, and drive each project from initial request through completion.

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience (TI/interiors/renovations/service/small projects).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and lease exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects at different stages with clients, property managers, subcontractors, vendors and building teams.
• Develop scopes, budgets and schedules; prepare estimates and obtain pricing.
• Coordinate procurement, permits, scheduling and closeout; track costs and change orders.
