Job summary

E Tech Group, a leading engineering and system integration firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead large projects and multi-project efforts across Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and other industries. You will oversee design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning, ensuring technical and financial success from $50K to $3.0M+ with subcontractors.

Responsibilities include proposal development, client communication, schedule planning, scope management, cost control, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in project engineering.
• Experience applying PMI-based standards to projects.
• Experience leading projects with subcontractors and budgets up to multi-million dollars.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, scope, schedule and cost estimates for projects.
• Manage client communication across all project phases and teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, labor/resource plans, and procurement plans.
• Control scope, change orders, and opportunities to meet objectives.
• Maintain project budgets, cost-to-complete, earned value, and cash flow.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with Operations for resource alignment.
• Present progress and financial updates to clients and executives.
