E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain Primavera P6 baseline CPM schedules for heavy civil construction projects. You will translate project plans and contracts into executable schedules and coordinate with Project Managers and Operations leadership.

You will establish calendars, WBS structures, activities, and logic, incorporating utilities, roadwork, and bridge construction as needed. Strong MS Office skills and Primavera P6 mastery are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently develop baseline CPM schedules from plans and specs.
• Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or utility projects.
• Proficient in interpreting construction docs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop Primavera P6 baseline CPM schedules for new projects with PMs and leadership.
• Review plans, specs, bid info, and contracts to determine schedule structure.
• Create calendars, WBS, activities, relationships, durations, milestones, and coding in Primavera P6.
• Incorporate milestones, procurements, submittals, utilities, traffic control, and closeout into schedules.
• Update schedules based on progress, changes, and field information.
• Produce TIAs and schedule exhibits for delays or changes.
