Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication; deadline‑driven and precise.

Responsibilities

• Integrate subcontractor schedule into Master Schedule.
• Review field progress and update percent complete reporting.
• Update project schedules and resource loading in Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline schedules and CPM master schedule.
• Prepare schedule narratives and progress/milestone reports.
• Assist in delay claims and recovery schedule development.
