Job summary

Citadel CPM is seeking a highly experienced Project Scheduler to join our Pasadena-area team. You will manage the program schedule for educational facilities projects on Primavera P6, monitor the Critical Path and Earned Value, and coordinate with project teams to keep work on track.

The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling for owners or GCs, strong communication, and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.

• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams.
• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics.

Responsibilities

• Manage program schedule for educational facilities projects on Primavera P6.

• Communicate schedule progress in weekly status meetings.
• Prepare schedule QA/QC reviews and progress reports.
