Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking an intermediate Project Controls Scheduler to support scheduling activities across multiple White projects. The role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and the ability to lead schedule review meetings with the project team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling experience, strong knowledge of project controls concepts, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and update schedules efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year college or university in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of project controls scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Minimum of 5 years of project controls scheduling experience using Primavera P6 in lieu of a degree; working knowledge of project controls principles.
• Working knowledge to proficiency with project management/project controls concepts and computer applications such as scheduling software, financial tools, spreadsheets; proven collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete routine project controls tasks with general oversight.
• Apply fundamental project controls principles to fairly complex and varied work.
• Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate with the project team to build/update the project schedule.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience using Primavera P6 as the scheduling software.
