Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness/IDD.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle for trainings, meetings, and transport.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise direct support staff and assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation and training.
• Participate in the company’s on-call system.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate schedules, activities, and routines; promote community participation.
• Transport individuals or coordinate transportation for meetings and activities.
• Maintain records for inventory and funds; manage petty cash.
• Adhere to program budget for supplies and meals.
• Perform duties of direct care staff as needed.
