Reporting to the President of the BILH Medical Group, the CMO-PC will maintain a 0.25 FTE clinical practice and collaborate with system leaders to align standards, incentives, and growth across hospitals and community

Qualifications

• MD/DO license in Massachusetts and board-certification in a primary care specialty.
• Extensive clinical leadership experience within a large primary care enterprise.
• Experience in population health, value-based care, and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the primary care enterprise, setting performance expectations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of PCPs and APPs across regions.
• Drive population health initiatives, care coordination, and access optimization.
• Partner with system leadership on strategy, governance, and operational integration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain active clinical practice (0.25 FTE).
