Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Ability to input data into clinical software.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress to physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Assist nursing with training of Restorative Aides.
