Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field.
• Post-graduate PTA certification.
• Valid PTA license in Kansas.
• 2+ years of PTA experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist with evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Implement and adapt treatment programs to meet residents' needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to resident care planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
