As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Rolling Hills, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their overall health and well-being.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our Physical Therapy Director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our residents. You will assist with exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy modalities to help residents achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will also be instrumental in educating residents, families, and other caregivers on proper body mechanics, fall prevention, and other healthy living strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapist with evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
