The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program, current state licensure, and proficiency with Net Health and PointClickCare.

Qualifications

• Associate PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Proficient with Net Health and PointClickCare.
• CPR certification if required by state; must maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with the team.
