Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Massachusetts. The PTA provides therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering interventions to restore function and improve mobility across diverse settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients on home programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care while maintaining patient safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Associate degree from PTA program required.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatments and patient progress in EMR per policies.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy areas.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team to coordinate care.
