Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric patients in home-based settings across Texas. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement therapy plans, and design home exercise programs in partnership with families.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.

• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete required patient visits and timely chart updates.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to agency policies.
