Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
- Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements.
- Complete chart updates, progress notes, and logs on time.
- Attend meetings to ensure understanding of expectations.
- Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and regulations at all times.
