• Demonstrate sensitivity when speaking to family and when handling patients.
• Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and facility policies and procedures.
• Evaluate each patient for screen readiness before performing a screen.
• Collect all necessary data/demographics for each baby; perform the hearing screen.
• Provide education to parents on the relevance of hearing screens.
• Upload screen results/billing/state reporting by end of each shift.
• Ensure documentation protocol is followed for every screen.
• Notify Site Supervisor of missed and final refer babies.
• Schedule outpatient appointments for refer babies.
