Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in Elkhart, Indiana seeks a member service professional to provide high-quality service across a wide range of financial products and to grow wallet share by understanding members’ needs. You will perform cash handling, process transactions, open new accounts, operate an Interactive Teller Machine, and support MCC efforts.

You will also meet referral and sales goals while maintaining strict confidentiality of member information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales or cash handling experience, or equivalent experience within a financial institution.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policy guidelines.
• Comfort with product knowledge and needs-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle cash transactions, account maintenance, and new accounts.
• Open accounts, operate an ITM and support MCC activities.
• Meet referral and sales goals by identifying member needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and comply with policies.
