Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the resident assessment and care planning process.
• Conduct and complete the Minimum Data Set assessments.
• Prepare and electronically transmit reports to Medicare/Medicaid databases.
