Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ID/ED/LD or related field.
• Five+ years in learning and development.
• At least two years of people leadership.
• Experience creating instructor‑led, virtual, blended, LMS-based, and eLearning content.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high‑impact learning experiences across classroom, virtual, blended, and eLearning formats.
• Lead Colorado 811's Learning Academy and learning management systems.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and operational teams to identify learning needs.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
