You’ll assist in delivering a range of programs (ILT, e-learning, blended), measure effectiveness, and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Basic working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to identify organizational learning needs.
• Create customized learning solutions aligned with talent development strategies.
• Use ILT, VILT, e-learning, blended learning, and on‑job training delivery.
• Assess program effectiveness with pre/post assessments, quizzes, surveys, and feedback.
• Stay updated on learning and development trends and best practices.
