Job summary

LPA, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape the firm’s growth through strategic learning programs. You’ll design and deliver engaging experiences across disciplines, partner with leaders, and build the L&D function.

With 10+ years in learning, you’ll lead programs, manage multiple initiatives, implement an LMS, and explore AI-enabled tools to advance talent and performance across the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field leading initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience designing and implementing learning programs from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation.
• Experience building or establishing learning and development programs, processes, or functions within an org.
• Experience developing learning programs for a variety of audiences, roles, and levels of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Experience implementing, administering, or managing learning management systems; Absorb is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish LPA’s Learning & Development function with programs, processes, resources, and infrastructure.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of L&D programs aligned with priorities and growth.
• Assess organizational and team learning needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to define learning needs and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted learning partner to leaders and teams; manage multiple initiatives end-to-end.
• Develop and implement leadership and manager development programs, tools, and resources.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding, performance, and career growth.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and group discussions for diverse audiences.
