Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading learning initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Experience building L&D programs, processes, or functions within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish LPA’s Learning & Development function with programs, processes, resources, and infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and deliver L&D programs aligned with organizational priorities and employee growth.
• Assess learning needs and translate them into practical learning experiences.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to define learning needs and outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and group discussions across audiences.
• Design structured learning journeys from awareness to application.
• Develop facilitator guides, materials, and digital resources.
• Stay current on learning tech, including AI-enabled tools.
