The Stepping Stones Group seeks dedicated Instructional Support Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year. You will join a collaborative team of educators to support students with diverse needs, reinforcing lessons and helping them develop essential skills in a supportive school setting.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and able to follow instructional plans while building positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructional plans and classroom procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one‑on‑one, small‑group, and classroom‑wide instructional support.
• Reinforce teacher‑led lessons, activities, and routines.
• Assist students with academic tasks and skill development.
• Support IEP implementation, accommodations, and classroom modifications.
• Help students remain engaged and participate actively.
• Develop academic, communication, social‑emotional, and life skills.
• Monitor participation and communicate observations to the school team.
• Maintain classroom materials and learning activities.
