Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead and execute deployments of Clinical Solutions products across healthcare organizations. You will manage complex projects, coordinate HL7-enabled EHR integrations, and align product capabilities with customer goals, working with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong project management, customer engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption and long-term usage across diverse user groups.

Qualifications

• Background in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in software implementation or healthcare IT.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects.
• Experience supporting or coordinating EHR integrations, including HL7.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Elsevier Clinical Solutions products.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during implementation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across clinical, IT, project management, and admin teams.
• Provide SME on product functionality and workflows to support adoption.
• Coordinate and support EHR integration efforts, HL7 interfaces, data workflows.
• Deliver training tailored to diverse user groups to promote adoption.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Content, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain customer-specific documentation and implementation artifacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
