You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate HL7/EHR integrations, and collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure successful adoption.

• Serve as primary customer contact during implementation.
• Coordinate EHR integrations and HL7 workflows.
• Deliver training tailored to user groups to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Content, and Sales teams.
• Document implementation artifacts and best practices.
