Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services seeks a Program Director to lead 1–4 IDD services/group homes, ensuring person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating staff, performance reviews, scheduling, and hiring decisions while staying available for on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs in a community setting.

• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning, service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
