Job summary

Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based services, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to advance community support programs. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive quality, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting staff and individuals served.

Ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in human services, with strong organizational and communication skills and a compassionate approach. This is a salaried, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of related experience in human services.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 1–4 programs, including planning, health care, advocacy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling and orientation.
• Make decisions on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes and corrective actions.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts when needed.
