Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to oversee day-to-day operations of community programs and ensure high-quality, person-centered supports. The role includes staff management, regulatory compliance, and on-call coverage to support staff as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in Human Services (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license. We offer full-time or flexible scheduling with comprehensive benefits across the nationwide Sevita network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State requirements or regulations may apply based on regulations.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including planning and supports.
• Manage program staff, including evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning and monitor service delivery for engagement and relevance.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
