Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services to lead daily operations across multiple community programs, overseeing direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, staffing, budgeting, and safety. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State requirements or regulations may require licensure or certification.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, and staffing.
• Manage program staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning, monitor service delivery, and ensure services are engaging and aligned with individuals' needs.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
