Job summary

Hammer & NER seeks a Program Manager ICS 2 to co-direct daily operations in an Integrated Community Supports setting for adults with IDD. Responsible for medical, financial, social, and emotional needs of individuals served and day-to-day residential program operations including licensing and compliance.

The role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, coordinating with the Program Director and ICS 1, and ensuring adherence to policies and person-centered philosophy, while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs in a disability services setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide co-supervisory oversight, technical guidance, and advice to staff.
• Work unfilled shifts if necessary and cover shifts.
• Complete performance reviews and provide feedback to staff; take necessary actions.
• Ensure staff training and orientation per Hammer & NER practices.
• Lead staff meetings and provide coaching and performance management.
• Ensure licensing compliance and advocate for people’s rights.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Meet regularly with Program Director and PM ICS 1 to review needs.
