Qualifications

• Master's degree and 1 year of IDD experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of IDD experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and 4 years of IDD experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Supervisors and monitors employee performance.
• Collaborates in hiring and training supervisors and support staff.
• Directs daily operations and ensures health and safety of individuals.
• Oversees program budgets and manages financial transactions.
