• Master’s degree or higher with supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Program Supervisors and evaluate employee performance.
• Ensure effectiveness of daily operations.
• Support program coverage management.
