Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is hiring a Full-Time Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of IDD community homes for adults and support self-determination within policy guidelines. You will supervise direct support staff, interview, hire, orient and train, coordinate shifts and activities, and transport individuals to community activities and appointments.

CSG offers a 2-week paid orientation in Mountville with mileage reimbursement, plus training, career development, and a competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in programs for persons with IDD.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the direct support staff and assist in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participate in on-call system for Community Homes and Supervisors.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate shifts, activities, and routines; promote community integration.
• Transport individuals to meetings, appointments or community activities.
• Maintain records for inventory and funds; manage budget for supplies.
