Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco is seeking a Home Preservation Project Administrator to support project administration, document control, and compliance tracking across Procore, Salesforce, and related systems.

You will coordinate schedules, prepare contracts and change orders, monitor environmental and grant requirements, and ensure accurate records and reporting, reporting to the Home Preservation Construction Manager; travel within the tri-county area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in construction/project coordination.
• Ability to manage detailed administrative workflows and maintain organized records.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills; manage multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and maintain project information in Procore, Salesforce, and trackers.
• Maintain complete project files; ensure current status across systems.
• Prepare and track environmental/grant-compliance packets and testing coordination.
• Route contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and related docs; monitor schedules.
