Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Buffalo is seeking a Family Services Coordinator to support the Director of Family Services by recruiting, processing, and onboarding program participants for homeownership. You will guide participants through program requirements and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SharePoint.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating applications, and coordinating intake and onboarding meetings while supervising volunteers and assisting with financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services, business administration, nonprofit management or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, case coordination, program administration, housing services or a related area.
• Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, professional customer service to program participants and applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to Homebuyer Program inquiries.
• Coordinate receipt and processing of Homebuyer Program pre-applications and record data in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Coordinate intake meetings and follow-up meetings with potential Homebuyer Program participants.
