Job summary

Ambercare seeks a Service Coordinator to lead scheduling of caregivers, ensure top-quality service and conduct in-home visits in Anthony, NM. You’ll be the go-to problem solver—juggling schedules, supporting field staff, handling client updates and keeping care plans on track.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; location: Ambercare 880 N. Anthony Drive Suite 3E, Anthony, NM 88021. Office experience and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of office experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid DL for travel to home visits monthly and some marketing.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, updates as needed and manages changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client’s care plan is followed and services are not interrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and conducts home visits as required.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct.
• Ensures the branch environment is professional: neat, clean, orderly and free of clutter.
• Maintains confidentiality given access to sensitive information.
• Follows all regulations and company policies.
