Job summary

Ambercare is seeking a Service Coordinator in Hobbs, NM to oversee scheduling of caregivers, ensure high-quality home care, and coordinate client updates. You will support field staff, manage changes to care plans, and step in to keep services running smoothly.

This role requires strong organization, empathetic communication, and reliable transportation for monthly home visits. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of office experience or similar administrative work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages caregiver schedules and adjusts them for changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to keep care plans on track.
• Contacts care providers and clients for service updates.
• Runs monthly client wellness calls and performs home visits as needed.
• Escalates and follows up on client complaints and incidents.
