Addus HomeCare in Spokane Valley, WA seeks a Service Coordinator to lead scheduling, supervise in-home care workers, and ensure high-quality service. You will manage client updates, support field staff, and keep care plans on track.

The role requires at least 1–2 years in the industry, strong organization and communication skills, and bilingual capabilities. Full-time, in-office position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and managing changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conduces monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Provides follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervises direct service employees and enforces company policies.
• Maintains professional and orderly branch environment.
• Maintains confidentiality due to sensitive information.
• Maintains regular attendance and flexibility to meet agency needs.
• Follows MCO, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
