The role emphasizes organization, compassion, and clear communication, with in-office hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm in a fast-paced environment helping older adults live safely at home.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and manages changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the care plan is followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Escalates and follows up on client complaints and issues.
• Supervises direct service employees and enforces policies.
• Maintains branch environment and confidentiality.
