Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of industry experience.
• DL to complete in home supervisory visits.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area.
• Lead scheduling and ensure care plans are followed.
• Conduct monthly client wellness calls and home visits.
• Provide service updates to staff and clients.
• Handle client updates and escalate issues as needed.
