This role emphasizes organization, problem solving, and strong communication. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with on‑call weekends; pay is $24/hour with monthly bonus eligibility, and benefits include health plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industry experience required.
• HCA certification preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and manages client schedule changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients to share service updates.
• Conducts monthly wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Handles escalated client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervises direct service staff and enforces company policies.
• Ensures a professional open environment in the branch.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to privacy standards.
• Maintains regular, predictable attendance and flexibility.
• Follows MCO, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
• Abides by all company regulations and standards.
